BOOK WORKPLACE SUPERVISION APPOINTMENT
Your appointment with Breathe Assured can be booked in advance.
Book early to reduce stress and to guarantee an appointment convenient for you.
Please note:
- This booking is only for supervised workplace rapid antigen testing only.
- All times are UK TIME and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
- Please have a form of identification with you during the appointment. This can be a drivers licence or passport.
- Our appointments are conducted using Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Please ensure you download the required software prior to attending your appointment.
- Please ensure you select and complete the Workplace testing option on the registration form following the booking process.
Once you have confirmed your booking you will be automatically redirected to the Registration Form.
