The Rapid Antigen Day 2 Test is only suitable for fully vaccinated travellers and children under the age of 18 returning from a non-red list country to the UK.

If you have purchased a Rapid Antigen Pre-departure test and no longer require the test, you can convert your test to a Rapid Antigen Day 2 Test. Complete the form below to request the test conversion.

You must still book an appointment with Breathe Assured in order to perform your test and record your results for Public Health England. A Rapid Antigen Day 2 Test must be performed within 48 hours of arrival in the United Kingdom.

Once you have submitted the form, please allow 24 hours for the change to be made. You will receive an email confirmation with your Unique Reference Number(URN) for your passenger locator form.
