To book an appointment you must first purchase a Rapid Antigen test in our store
You must have purchased a Rapid Antigen Test from Breathe Assured to make use of our booking system.
If you have already purchased your test from us then please login using your email address and temporary password sent to you on the day of your purchase. Please check you spam folder if you have not received an email.
Customers that have purchased as of 10 July 2021, please use the email address and password you created during checkout.
If you have not yet purchased a test, please visit our store to make a relevant test purchase and then proceed to booking.
