Our Delivery Services
Whilst every effort is made to deliver on time, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, Royal Mail cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery on the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
We currently use Royal Mail for UK Mainland customers. Order by 2pm Monday to Friday, select the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery option, and your order will be dispatched later that day and delivered on the next day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and across the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
Please note all deliveries must be signed for.
Options & Prices
Our UK delivery charges are:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aim to deliver next day but not guaranteed.
Mon-Fri (orders placed before 2pm) Free of Charge.
Deliveries ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday will aim to be delivered the following day but not guaranteed.
Deliveries ordered before 11am Saturday will aim to be delivered the following Monday but not guaranteed.
We do not hold any responsibility if the wrong address is provided on purchase so please ensure details are correctly entered. Your delivery is tracked and you will be provided with the tracking reference. If you are unable to take delivery then please ensure you leave instructions for the delivery service.
If you have entered the incorrect details and the product has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to change the delivery address. However, if already dispatched we are unable to change details.
If the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to sender. We can redispatch the products, but a new delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer and this will obviously result in a delay.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on tests unless faulty.
