One appointment is required for your travelling party or family if testing together.

We provide an online testing service that allows you to perform the test you need from the comfort of your home, holiday accommodation or office anywhere in the world.
Our specialist nurses are there to support you through each step of the process via online appointment, photo-upload or video-upload service. We remain with you until the result is received. A travel certificate or result email is issued immediately on negative result.

Please order your test at least 5 business days before departure for pre-departure testing to ensure delivery.
Next day delivery* if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday
Monday delivery if ordered before 11am on Saturday
Tuesday delivery if ordered after from 11am Saturday and on Sunday.
Delay in deliveries over the festive season
We anticipate a delay in deliveries due to the closure of our courier services over the bank holidays. Please ensure you purchase your tests in advance to ensure delivery.

We deliver using Royal Mail and Hermes couriers. Please make use of their tracking service to reschedule your delivery if you won’t be in to receive your tests.
